We went to the beach with the Crims, Nicholsons, and Hindmans. We all had a great time. It was a little hectic at times but everyone had a great time.

Billy, Grant, Uncle CC, and Poppy all went fishing. Grant had a good time and came back with all kinds of stories!

G's 5th b'day

Sorry they are late! Grant turned 5 back in June. We took him and his friend Clayton to Chuck E Cheese and then we went bowling! We all had a good time. I can't believe that he is already 5! Time goes by fast!

Grant's 4K Graduation

 
 
 
 




Grant graduated from 4K in May. His school had a big graduation ceremony for them. It was really good. Grant had a good time performing for everyone. I can't believe that he will be starting Kindergarten in August. They sure grow up FAST!

Mother's Day

 
 
 










We loaded up in the car and headed down to Montgomery for Mother's day. This allowed us to spend some time with Cookie Grandma, Nonnie, and Gigi. We all had a great day. I am truly blessed to have two wonderful children.

Alabama Baseball Game

Billy and Grant went to the Alabama Baseball game on Sunday. They had a great time. Billy said that it was a really great game. He got to see two of his former players play and they were both instrumental in the 3 to 2 win over the Kentucky Wildcats. After the game Grant got to run the bases. We hope that everyone had a Blessed Easter! We sure did. Grant and Billy made it to Sunrise Service. While they were gone, I let the Easter Bunny in. Grant and Riley sure did get a bunch of stuff in their baskets. We all made it to Church and then we finished it off by having lunch at Nonnie and Poppy's. Oh and by the way, I have some great news. Chris and Rachel got engaged. I thought that this day would never get here. We wish them all the best!

Over Spring Break we took the kids to the park and to the zoo.

Grant is starting t-ball this year. He is really excited. It must be nice to have a daddy that is a coach. Billy brought home the paint that he paints the baseball field with. He then made Grant his own "Field of Dreams" in our backyard. When they said that if you build it they will come, they were right. We became the most popular house in the neighborhood.

Riley's 2nd Birthday!

 
 
 
 


Riley turned 2 on March 5. We had a small party for her at our house. We figured that it would be our last year for a small party. Billy grilled hamburgers and hotdogs. A great time was had by all. I cannot believe that she is already 2! Where does the time go?

Coach P gets inducted into the Alabama Baseball Coaches Hall of Fame

 

Coach Patterson got inducted into the Coaches Hall of Fame back in January. Billy and I were invited to attend. This is was a great honor for Coach P. He is a great guy as well as a great coach!

Snow of 2009

As most of you know we had a good amount of snow on Sunday. The kids had a lot of fun playing outside. We got to spend a lot of time as a family which is unusual for this time of year.
